Softech is finally releasing its “Enterprise” version of Check-in Check-Out.  This particular unlimited user in/out board will let an individual pre-sign out for an event. 

When the day and time of the event arrives, the program will sign the individual out automatically.  There are many new feature additions … check it out at our web site!

You can easily modify the “events” (Lunch, Vacation, etc.) to better suite your company’s needs. Click TOOLS and EVENT TITLES on the menu bar.

Your receptionist can sign everyone out for the day by selecting “Change Everyone ‘In’ to ‘Gone For The Day’ ” on the in/out board menu bar under TOOLS!

 Conversely, you can sign everyone back “In” for the day by selecting “Change Everyone ‘Gone For The Day’ to ‘In’ ” on the in/out board menu bar under TOOLS!

If you need assistance with either the education tracking software (www.softechsystems.com/education.htm) or our electronic in/out board software (www.softechsystems.com and www.attendance-boards.com) you can email us from those sites.

Your email is forwarded to the person that designed and wrote the programs .. he will be able to answer any question that you have!

There is nothing to install on anyone’s computer other than a shortcut to access the program with.

Normal ‘Check-In Check-Out’ installation time is less than 30 seconds!  Install the program into a folder on your network .. that’s all!

You can “drag” any column to any location with your mouse!  If you prefer having the columns in different order simply drag the column to the appropriate location.

You can view the “summary” screen in many different ways!  On the menu bar under “Views” you will find menu items that provide for viewing just those individuals that are “In”, only those that are out, or everyone!

 You can “drag” the columns to any location or order that you wish.  The program offers much flexibility for viewing everyone’s in/out status!
