You can easily have individuals sharing a computer open up their personal in/out program. Simply add their network user login name at the end of the path in the shortcut.

Did you know the receptionist can check everyone out as “Gone For The Day” with 1 mouse click! It’s on the menu bar under TOOLS. Most employees, it should be noted, will check themselves in and out.
