Tip #3: Need A Quick Report?

In rare cases of emergency you can print an immediate report showing where everyone is.  Click TOOLS and QUICK REPORT on the menu bar.  

Should a fire break out, the “Quick Report” will provide instant information for contacting anyone in the building.
