Tip #20: A Planning Calendar
Howdy!
Our newest in/out board (the “Enterprise” version) has a “pre-check out” section that lets you sign out for an event ahead of time!
There is also a planning calendar that displays all of the pre-check outs. Very useful for seeing who has planned what. It is also useful for helping to prevent scheduling conflicts. Check it out at www.softechsystems.com
